About Our Founder
Studdart & Company was founded by Amy Studdart, a strategist and institution-builder with deep experience at the intersection of technology, democracy, and global affairs. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President & Interim Director of Meta's Oversight Board. She has advised leaders and boards across the private sector, government, and civil society on strategy, governance, and navigating complex political environments.
